RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Your received product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Return request must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery of the order.
RETURN REQUEST
- Return request can be raised by selecting the correct return reason displayed in the ‘Message Subject’ in Contact Us page. Upload product images by clicking on “Upload Image” button. Enter the order number and brief about the problem you have experienced with the product send it to us.
- We will look at it immediately and get back to you within 3 working days.
RETURN ACCEPTANCE
- Return of purchased goods can be permitted only under the following circumstances:
- Item is physically damaged
- Item is defective and cannot be repaired
- Wrong item delivered
- Wrong colour / sized-item delivered.
RETURN ATTACHMENTS AND PACKING
- Return the item with all accessories and in original/secure packaging. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage during transit.
- Invoice and all the tags/labels should be kept inside the return package.
- Refund may be rejected for items which are returned without original packaging/accessories.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- After receipt of the item(s) from Customer, we initiate replacement within 7 business days.
- Sending a replacement depends on the availability of the product. If there is non-availability of replacement product, we will process refund.
- Upon receiving the returned items, a Quality Inspection would be performed over the product. If Quality inspection failed, no refund will be provided.
